Surgery bow notepad's cover is printed on a vellum cover sheet with your personal text. Your name (or text of your choice) is printed on the bottom of every sheet of paper. It is finished off with a ribbon that ties the papers together. Every bow notepad and purse pad contains 80 sheets of perforated paper for easy tearing.
