Q: What is the difference between monogramming and embroidery?
A: Monogramming is when a name is stitched on an item. Monogramming is the three initials of your first, middle and last name.
Q: Do you only embroider/monogram your store products? Can I bring in a product of my own for you to embroider?
A: You can purchase products and have them embroidered or monogrammed and you can also bring in your own personal items to be embroidered or monogrammed as well.
Q: Is your website still available to purchase your merchandise?
A: Yes, you can purchase our merchandise through our webstie. If you'd like to avoid a shipping fee, feel free to call us at 512-364-8570 and you can pick it up at our partner location, Homespun Cottage in the Southpark Meadows shopping area.
Q: How will I place an order at Homespun Cottage?
A: The process will still be the same as it was in our store. You will come in and one of the sales associates will help you with the placement of your embroidery, the font style and size and color thread for your product.
Q: What merchandise will you be selling at Homespun Cottage?
A: We will be selling a variety of hooded blankets, towels, totes and more in displays, which will be changing out regularly.
Q: Can you order corporate apparel?
A: Yes, you can call us at 512-364-8570 and we will set up an appointment to meet with you or you can go to Homespun Cottage and review a catalog of apparel to purchase.
Q: What is digitizing?
A: Digitizing is the process of a computer software which will take your logo and format in order for our embroidery machine to read and stich out exactly as it appears. We do charge a one time set up fee for digitizing. This process takes 24 hours and we show you a sample of your logo stitched out. After this you can make any changes you'd like with size and color. Then we will embroider the logo on your apparel.
Q: What is your turn around?
A: We do our best to have your product ready within 3 to 4 days. Our turn around can vary based on the time of year and what we currently are working on.
